YTB Sued? California Attorney General Edmund G. Brown Jr. has sued (YTB) YourTravelBiz.com

YTB sued by California Attorney General Edmund G. Brown Jr. as reported on 5 August 2008. I received this information a few hours ago from a friend of mine, whose cousin just invested $499 to start her business with YTB in April of this year.Seems as though Tracy (my friends cousin) was very disturbed by the lawsuits against YTB, having just started her legitimate home travel business and asked my friend what does she think. I'm not affiliated with YTB, but with my friend knowing that I am affiliated with TraVerus Travel, she thought I might know something.

My first reaction was WOW!!!!!!!!

YTB sued???

First the investment is not duplicatable for many with todays economy issues, then the IATAN status and now this? I hope that everyone affiliated with YTB gets this information very quickly. I have nothing against YTB or it's affiliates but I hope the truth of this matter gets into their ears and that they have 100% of the information before they make any hasty decisions. I wish them well with their home business but honestly, no one can erase the writing on the wall by writing over it again.....it only smears it.

My next thought was the timing. What I mean by that is California Attorney General Edmund G. Brown Jr. has sued (YTB) YourTravelBiz.com ONE day BEFORE the YTB convention and ONE day AFTER TraVerus released our new website.........which I might add is HOT!!! :)

How will this news of lawsuits against YTB effect the convention? Is one day enough time to prepare for the thought of "YTB being sued"? Lets hope that things are resolved in a timely fashion for the YTB reps that are trying hard to preserve their business.
